Having viewed the premises of your choice and decided to proceed with your application it is crucial that you formalise your proposals in a logical and structured format prior to interview by completing The Business Plan. The Business Plan is essentially a feasibility study outlining your plans for the business. It will incorporate details of your research from visits to the site together with details of sales projections, marketing, financial controls and business management.
The Business Plan will be used in discussions during the interview process, and will help to identify what needs to be done by you and others to protect your investment. The plan will also go on to form part of the business review meetings held with the Regional Manager if your appointment is successful.
If you have been short listed for interview, you may find it useful and beneficial to download and complete a business plan for the Regional Manager to consider prior to interview.
