Pubs to Let - Business plan
As part of your application for a pub you will need to compile a Business Plan. This will enable you to formalise your proposals in a logical and structured format. Use our online Business Plan template below to help you.
Along with your Business Plan you will need to provide your proof of funding prior to any interviews. Proof of funding can be:
- A recent bank statement with available funds
- A Solicitor/ Bank letter stating availability of funds

Please note that data included in the cashflow is inclusive of VAT whereas the data in the Profit & Loss forecast is exclusive of VAT.
