To run a pub you have a choice whether you take on a Tenancy or Lease. So what’s the difference?
Provides you with a low cost entry into a pub and is for three years which you can renew. You cannot sell on any good will with this type of agreement.
Has a higher cost entry to run a pub but the agreement is for ten years with the opportunity to increase in five year periods. You may need a business loan for this as you are purchasing good will which you can obviously sell on if you choose to leave the business after a period of time.
