Can I use my training fund to train my staff?

Yes, the training fund can be utilised to train either you, your partners or staff

How much is left in my training fund?
Answer:
You can access your current balance via the extranet, select reports, click on training history and the balance will be shown at the top of the page

How do I pay?
Answer:
- If you are a current licensee you can use your training fund to pay for courses as long as you have sufficient funds remaining
- If you are not yet in your pub or are from an external GK pub, you can book the course by including your payment details online or call our training team on 01284 714375 to pay by either credit or switch card.

How do I book?
Answer:
Either print off the booking form, complete the details and post it to us or complete your details on line and we will confirm your booking by return
Question:
How do I apply for my personal licence once I have passed my NCPLH exam?
Answer:
- Contact your local authority for a personal licence application form
- Apply for your conviction clearance at the criminal records bureau at the following website www.disclosurescotland.co.uk
- Allow 14 days for receipt of this. Your full application must be submitted within 28 days of the issue date
- Send your completed application form, a copy of your CCC and the following to your local licensing authority:
copy of a utility bill, a cheque for £20 and a passport size photograph.
