Foundation Agreement

Our Foundation Agreement is valid for 12 months. This short term agreement is ideal if you are new to the industry and wish to see if running a pub is for you.

Key features of the Agreement include:

  • You must agree to buy from our drinks portfolio, which offers an extensive, market leading range of drinks available across all major drinks categories.
  • We share the profit from the gaming machines with you and can offer you advice on the most profitable machines for your style of business.
  • We help you keep your costs down by operating a Service Agreement, which covers the costs of repair and maintenance of most major and large essential equipment eg. boiler, cellar-cooling equipment. For added piece of mind, we look after the structure of the building.
  • Your rent will be set at the start of the Agreement.

This agreement is operated within our Code of Practice, and is supported by our Licensee Support Programme.
