Foundation Agreement

  • 1 year Agreement.
  • Contracted out of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. This means the Agreement is for 1 year with no right to renew on the same terms.
  • If we both agree, you may be able to take a 3 Year Tenancy or a 10 Year Lease when your Foundation Agreement ends.
  • Fully-tied on all drinks and machines.
  • Rent amount is agreed for the full year before you move in.
  • We can give you 12 weeks' notice to leave without reason.
  • You must attend the training provided by Pub Partners so that we can be sure that you are able to run your pub properly.
  • You must complete the BII Pre-Entry Awareness Training online course before we can grant you an Agreement.
  • You are responsible for all non-structural repairs and we are responsible for the structure of the building.
  • Buildings insurance is provided by Greene King and recharged to you.
  • We will require you to sign a Personal Guarantee.
