Brewing in Bury St Edmunds started in the town's famous abbey as far back as 1086. Greene King has continued this proud tradition since 1799. Using the finest ingredients and traditional brewing methods we produce quality cask and bottled ales, including award-winning Greene King IPA, Old Speckled Hen, Abbot Ale, Ruddles County, Olde Trip plus many many more. 3.6% ABV A perfectly balanced award winning beer, characterised by its hoppy taste and aroma that comes from the use of Challenger and First Gold hops which are combined with pale and crystal malts. The Official Beer of England Rugby

5% ABV Brewed for quality of the highest order. An irresistible ale with masses of fruit characters. A malty richness and superb hop balance. It is brewed longer to a unique recipe, which makes it the full flavoured, smooth and mature beer it is today.

4.3% ABV Cask Conditioned An English Ale with a distinctive flavour of dark toffee and caramel combined with a crisp bitterness derived from using rare Bramling Cross hops. Originally from England's smallest county - Rutland. The horseshoe has been a symbol of Rutland for over 500 years. Tradition has it that royalty or peers of the realm who pass through the county town of Oakham must present a horseshoe to the lord of the manor. Pubs in Rutland are offered a bespoke upside down horseshoe in keeping with local tradition.

3.7% ABV An English Ale with hoppy citrus undertones, balanced with bitterness and a light sweetness. It has an aroma that is packed with soft fruit notes and a clean, moreish finish.

4.3% ABV A rich toffee flavoured beer bursting with fruity character, this premium ale is perfectly balanced with a clean bitter finish. This beer takes its name is from the world famous 'Ye Olde Trip To Jerusalem Inn' which lays claim to being England's oldest Inn. Carved into the sandstone rock at the foot of Nottingham Castle, the Inn was reputed to be a favoured resting place and 'watering hole' for the brave knights who rallied to the call of King Richard The Lionheart to join The Third Crusade to the Holy Land.

4% ABV A moreish and refreshing beer with a subtle malt & fruit character & pronounced bitter finish.

3% ABV A cask mild traditionally brewed using dark malt to give a sweet and roasted flavour. CAMRA Champion Mild of East Anglia 2007.

4.2% ABV Fresh golden beer with a citrus finish, brewed using pale malt and Cascade hops. Crafted for modern tastes using traditional brewing methods.

3.9% ABV A brew with an excellent balance of sweetness and bitterness that combines with a subtle hop character, a distinctive beer with a full and satisfying finish.
