What Is a Lease?

A Leasehold is a form of property or business tenure where the Leaseholder buys the right to occupy land or a building for a specified length of time. Until the end of the agreed Lease period, the Leaseholder has the right to remain in occupation of the property or business as a tenant paying an agreed rent to the owner.

An attractive and distinctive mid 19th Century traditional inn situated in the affluent, highly desirable and picturesque village of Crondall (near Farnham), Surrey.

Horns (Crondall)

Western Arms, Western Road, Silver End, Essex

This is a well established business with high levels of both food and drink income and a loyal customer base. It is also the only pub in the village. Although trading well, there is still significant opportunity to further increase turnover with a dedicated owner-operator rather than the current setup which has a manager in charge of the day to day running.

Woodcock, Woodcock Lane, Iden Green, Kent

Fantastic 17th century rural country pub that benefits from being situated in a wealthy location
