Our Lease Agreement provides a long term opportunity for those people truly committed to running and owning their own business.

Key features of the Agreement include:

• The minimum length of the Agreement is set at 10 years, with the flexibility to extend in 5 year periods to a maximum of 25 years.
• Your rent will be set at the start of the Agreement for the first 5 years, and will be subject to the annual Retail Prices Index (RPI) increase. The increase is capped at 4.75%.
• You have the ability to sell the goodwill of your business (assign) after just 3 years.
• You have the flexibility to purchase your wines, spirits and soft drinks from where you choose, however you will have access to our drinks portfolio which offers an extensive, market leading range of drinks available across all major drinks categories at competitive prices.
• We share the profit from the gaming machines with you and can offer you advice on the most profitable machines for your style of business.
• You'll have the flexibility to use local contractors in this full repairing lease.
