The principles behind Greene King's Tenancy and Lease Agreements

When you take on an Agreement with us, we provide you with a licensed public house and supply you with an appropriate range of beers, ciders, flavoured alcoholic beverages, wines, spirits and soft drinks.

We believe our Agreements are fair and reasonable and comply with all legal requirements. You are usually protected under Part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, subject to some legal exceptions, unless you opt for our introductory 1 Year Foundation Agreement. Initially, we'll provide you with an Offer Letter that contains heads of terms and outlines the Agreement in plain English. You will receive a copy of the full Agreement before you need to sign any commitment and we will only make changes to our Standard Terms if you agree with them beforehand.
