REGIONAL MANAGER COMMENTS

"The Bell is a sound business which has been built over the last 5 years by the current tenant and therefore needs an experienced operator who can juggle the differing demands of a busy town centre site which has a wet trade, busy food offer as well as letting bedrooms. Local knowledge is not essential but may be an advantage."
