Greene King Tenancy Agreement overview

Our Tenancy Agreement is a three year non-assignable agreement, an ideal short term agreement if you're new to the industry or are looking for a lower risk opportunity.

Key features of the Agreement include:

  • You have the flexibility to purchase your wines, spirits and soft drinks from where you choose, however you will have access to our drinks portfolio which offers an extensive, market leading range of drinks available across all major drinks categories at competitive prices.
  • We share the profit from the gaming machines with you and can offer you advice on the most profitable machines for your style of business.
  • We help you keep your costs down by operating a Service Agreement, which covers the costs of repair and maintenance of most major and large essential equipment eg. boiler, cellar-cooling equipment. For added piece of mind, we look after the structure of the building.
  • Your rent will be set at the start of the Agreement and will be subject to annual Retail Prices Index (RPI) increase on the anniversary of the Agreement. The increase is capped at 4.75%.
