Touchstone Agreement

Our Tenancy Agreement features include:

• Agreement lasts for 6 years with the ability to end after year 3. Some Touchstone Agreements also have a break clause after year 1.
• You must buy all drinks and machines from Greene King.
• You must purchase the Inventory (Fixtures & Fittings) at the start of the Agreement. We can offer an Assisted Purchase Scheme to help fund this.
• There are no rent reviews - your rent will be capped and linked to the Retail Prices Index (RPI).
• Minimum deposit required is £6,000 (but should build to 25% of annual rent).
• You are responsible for all non-structural repairs and we are responsible for the building.
• You operate your pub in line with our Standard Agreement Terms.
