7 Manor Green Road, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 8RA
The Blenheim Arms occupies the prominent position on Green Road in the market town of Epsom. The large, traditional pub is an already established business perfectly placed to grow further within the community. We’re looking for a creative thinker to take control of this business, making more of the food opportunity and the open plan trading area and outside spaces to drive income.
The Blenheim Arms is a former Meet and Eat franchise pub and has an adequate sized commercial kitchen and ample space for casual dining. Our Greene King Food & Supplier Service may be appealing to an operator looking to grow this income. This service provides our Partners with the support of our buying power to provide menus, training, ingredients, marketing and even the crockery for you.
With one outside seating area to the front of the pub, a small children’s play area and patio area to the rear of the pub, the Blenheim attracts custom all year round.
The open plan trading area and central bar brings all areas of the pub together creating a welcoming feel, great for a community pub. The entertainment area is home to a number of machines and sits a pool table comfortably. The restaurant area of the pub creates a quieter hub for families or groups of friends and could easily host small dining events.

This popular Epsom pub was built in 1933 and was named the Blenheim after the Derby winner of that year. It became GGs in the 1980s, but regained its original name in the early 1990s.
Epsom & Ewell is the smallest of Surrey's 11 boroughs and districts, but the main town itself is known worldwide for the running of the famous Derby at Epsom Downs Racecourse. The Clock Tower stands in the town centre, and with the Epsom Playhouse, Ashley Centre, Bourne Hall Museum and the University for the Creative Arts campus all nearby.
Epsom is a growing town, owing its popularity partly to its position and transport infrastructure in the London commuter below allowing easy access to Greater London, as well as the Surrey country side to the south of the borough.
