The Blenheim Arms occupies a prominent position on Green Road in the market town of Epsom. This popular Epsom pub was built in 1933 and was named the Blenheim after the Derby winner of that year. It became GGs in the 1980s, but regained its original name in the early 1990s.
Epsom & Ewell is the smallest of Surrey's 11 boroughs and districts, but the main town itself is known worldwide for the running of the famous Derby at Epsom Downs Racecourse. The Clock Tower stands in the town centre, and with the Epsom Playhouse, Ashley Centre, Bourne Hall Museum and the University for the Creative Arts campus all nearby.
