Pub overview

The Brook is a prime site in an area which is densely populated by a wide variety of local residents and students, with Cambridge centre nearby it represents a fabulous opportunity.

The Brook is in excellent condition having had a quality refurbishment inside and out last year. The pub benefits from having a central bar which makes it easily accessible with plenty of room. It boasts a substantial garden with large under cover area which is a perfect spot for summer time socialising. Sport is currently a major driver of sales here, but there is a major opportunity to expand the food and events side of the business and attract a wider customer base. The applicant will understand the importance of excellent customer service with a desire to grow a business, and be a player in the community.

**Please note we will accept someone with a minimum investment of £20,000.
