Pub overview

Well maintained community local with a well established clientele now available to let due to the retirement of the current tenant. This is a popular bar with both locals and tourists providing live sport, entertainment and a good range of real ales. The bar is currently wet led but there is an opportunity to provide a food offer by converting the current office space into a functional kitchen and create a beer garden to the rear of the property where there is already a dedicated smoking shelter.

This well established community local is now on the market and we are looking for a driven, experienced operator to take this site to the next level. An established wet led pub known for sports, entertainment and good range of real ales this site has the facility to add a good size kitchen and beer garden to further enhance the turnover. The property has been well maintained and decorated to a high standard allowing an new tenant to start operating immediately without the need of an immediate investment. There is a good regular clientele which offers the ideal base on which to grow by offering a wider range of drinks & entertainment and possibly the introduction of a small food offer. The property consists of a single lounge bar on the ground floor with ladies & gents toilets, cellar and spirit store/ office.
