Maghull is an upmarket village around 7 miles north of Liverpool. The area is accessed on the A59 a major route in and out of the city and has easy access by train as well. The area has a number of other outlets most of which are upmarket establishments.

“ The Coach and Horses is a large imposing outlet in the affluent village of Maghull, North of Liverpool. The site stands off the road with a large beer garden to the front and two car parks. One car park has a branch of Corals bookmakers on it to the rear. The site is very large internally with a large lounge, smaller tap room and two set of toilets. There is a large catering kitchen on site which is currently only used for buffets. ”
