Pub overview

The Coach & Horses is a popular wet led, sports focused Pub. It is a popular live sport venue with football, horse racing and other sports always on the TV. Regular live entertainment is also on offer and any new operator should consider how they would maximise footfall during sporting events and which other entertainment to offer. There is no food offer in this Pub, so the focus is on great value drinking. The Pub benefits from its excellent, town centre location, so footfall is high at all times of the day, clever marketing and promotions will need to be considered to encourage customers into the Pub.

The trading space is open plan but zoned with a single bar servery, snug and pool room and sports area. There is no trade Kitchen
