Pub overview

A beautiful thatched roof Public House, which has undergone a stunning internal refurbishment

This 17th century detached character pub boasts oak beams and an open fire giving the pub a traditional feel. Greene King renewed the thatched roof last year and has invested a significant sum of money into the internal refurbishment. The pub is served by one bar, but split into different food areas over different levels. The pub also has a large garden to the front and side and a good sized gravel car park. Once the right operator has been found, Greene King would consider further investment into the garden areas.

There are ninety covers in the site which include traditional pub areas and a more formal dining experience in the restaurant area. The business benefits from having over twelve years of established trade with many accolades to its name. Externally the site has a very large garden and a good sized car park to the side of the pub. This is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed and we expect a high level of interest in the site.

*Short term agreements available. Applicants will be considered with a minimum investment of £20,000.00.*
