Rent information

Annual rent £36,500 per annum plus 9% Turnover Royalty

£36,500 per annum, £701.92 per week fixed and subject to annual RPI increase, which is capped. Paid weekly by direct debit.

Entry costs approx £26,650 which includes fixtures and fittings, stock, glassware, crockery, cutlery, fuel and cleaning materials, legal, stocktaking fees, training fees, , working capital and deposit (25% of head rent, minimum £6,000). Agreement description

Our Turnover Agreement reflects how your business performs. You pay a fixed rent plus a percentage of your weekly net turnover sales.

• Basic rent subject to capped annual changes in the Retail Price Index (RPI) only with no rent reviews.

• Ability to end agreement with 6 months’ notice and payment of a Standard Notice Fee (3 months’ basic rent). Notice can be served

The Crown is on the main road into Carlisle and as such is seen by thousands of passing pedestrians and drivers every day. Popular already with locals there is also a college nearby with thousands of students who will be customers of the newly invested pub. It sits directly opposite the Cumbria Park hotel whose guests also use the bar. Although there is no pub car park there is on street parking adjacent where parking is free for up to 2 hours.
