The pub has recently been closed after a long tenure and plans are under way for a refurbishment of this site to give it a new lease of life for the local community . Internally, the trade space is large and open plan with room for approximately sixty food covers. Externally there is a large garden, which gives the opportunity to extend the food covers during the warmer weather.

The Deers Leap is situated on the busy Wootton Road, in the civil parish of Gaywood, Kings Lynn. This is a prime location for a pub with the vast amount of traffic passing each hour and is surrounded by residential housing.

Kings Lynn is a large, busy Town, hosting national retailers and is the primary retail centre in West Norfolk. It has excellent transport links to the busy A10 & A47 roads, as well as being a short drive from the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.
