The Eagle and Child is a village local pub in Halewood village around 6 miles away from Liverpool city centre. Being the only pub in the area means that the pub has a vast area to pull customers from with the majority of the area being residential. The pub has the potential to become a restaurant pub as it has a 100 seat restaurant area and a very large fully equipped catering kitchen. The site also has a very nice lounge area and a good locals bar. Externally there is a seating area to the front, a small children's play area and a large car park.

Situated in the centre of Halewood Village on Church Road, the Eagle and Child is a prominent and well looked after restaurant pub. The site was re developed two years ago but is still in very good condition. The major attractions of the site are its excellent restaurant with 100 covers, it is well laid out and has a separate children's eating area. We are looking for a new licensee with a passion for great food to increase the food trade and make the most of the facility. The pub has a fully equipped catering kitchen adjacent to the restaurant area.
The Bar and Lounge are both very nice with good fixtures and fittings and a good atmosphere.

A small but very nice bar area and a good lounge area are on the left of the site on entry with the large 100 eater restaurant and entertainment area to the right. All were refurbished two years ago to a high standard and are still in good condition. One bar covers both wet rooms with a wine station in the restaurant room. There are two set of toilets at the site one set in the restaurant and one between the lounge and bar.

“ The Eagle and Child is a recently refurbished village pub with a large restaurant and entertainment area. The site has a large car park and a seating area to the front, a small children's play area and is very well presented internally. Split into 3 rooms there is a great locals bar a lounge area and then the largest room which is restaurant or entertainment area.
