Pub overview

Well-established pub business located in the centre of the village with further potential for growth.

This well known Burwell pub has plenty to offer for all customers. It has five distinctive trading areas; the public bar for drinkers, the middle bar for drinkers and diners, the restaurant area for diners, the function room for special occasions and the large garden for everyone to enjoy during the summer months. The pub already has a good reputation for quality food and beer and trade has built on the back of this reputation over the past few years. The garden attracts families during the summer months and the function room is used for a variety of occasions such as parties and a cinema club.

Please note applicants will be considered with a minimum funding of £25,000.

The public bar is located to the right hand side and predominately accommodates drinkers. The central area can be used for drinkers and/or diners with the restaurant area to the left hand side mainly used for dining and larger functions. The toilets are located next to the restaurant area. To the rear of the property there is a separate barn that is used for private parties. There is a bar servery in the room along with toilets so it is self-sufficient from the main pub. To the back of the function room there is a stunning large garden.
