116 Town Street, Farsley, Pudsey, West Yorkshire, LS28 5LF
Being situated in a highly popular village, the Fleece will be a great first time operation for anyone wishing to enter the market. Great reputation and great quality drinks and food on offer. We are looking to enhance the business with improved facilities including carver station, sports area and dining area segmentation. Full external redecorations and signage to enhance kerb side appeal which will improve on footfall and destination trade.
The pub is an old stone building with a slate apex roof. It has two floors including an open plan single serve bar with segmented areas for pool, dining and drinks. The private accommodation consists of a 3 bed accommodation, lounge, family sized bathroom and domestic kitchen.
There is a drinks area to the front with seating and small beer garden to the rear with a conservatory.
Easy to run, open plan building. Areas to be enhanced and segmentation to trade areas to allow consumer flow for dining and upright drinking/sports viewing. Catering kitchen just off the main bar means easy use for staff serving dishes to the public. We aim to improve the catering facilities with areas for food preparation and wash up and designated serving areas to help speed up food service. Beer garden to the rear and small enclosed decked area to the front suitable for a drink or al fresco dining in the summer.
Farsley lies on the commuter belt for Leeds and Bradford as such this is an expensive place to live normally. The accommodation here is basic but clean. Good family sized rooms with domestic kitchen and bathroom.

Farsley is in Leeds West Yorkshire and was an historic woollen market town. Mentioned in the doomsday book this area is very popular and as such these days is a commuter town for the busy city of Leeds and Bradford alike. It enjoys its own train station which is popular for providing train services towards Leeds, Bradford, Manchester Victoria and Blackpool. This station was the subject of a "Monty Python sketch about a Pink Blancmange".
