The Fox & Hounds is set in the heart of National Trust walking land, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The pub has a cosy and welcoming atmosphere with log fires and a beautiful large woodland garden which is ideal for all seasons. This site would suit an experienced operator with a passion for quality ale, fresh home cooked food and great service.

Said to be the highest pub in Kent, customers can enjoy the views from the top of Toys Hill and experience the various walks around the surrounding woodland. The Fox & Hounds is known for its great food menu and is a unique location is great for functions.

There are 70 covers throughout the internal trading area which are all used to cater for food. The dining area could also be used for functions. The garden has 25 picnic benches.
