Award-winning beers and guest ales
As brewers, we're very proud of our award-winning ales. Alongside our famous brands, such as Greene King IPA, Abbot Ale and Old Speckled Hen, it's our policy to offer an extensive range of seasonal ales throughout the year. We also work closely with other UK brewers to offer other guest ales on a monthly basis.
Business rates advice
We offer a free Business Rates Advisory Service via an external expert, who can help you check whether your business rates can be reviewed. If the answer is yes, they will handle the review at no cost. (All rates appeals must be channelled through Greene King.)
Naturally, we think that running a pub with Greene King Pub Partners is a fantastic career choice with a whole host of incredible benefits – both for you and your family. Rather than talk about it ourselves though, we thought it would be better for you to hear from the people who really know a lot about it – our licensees.

There's no one more passionate about pubs than Mike Staniforth, who runs the Carnarvon Arms with Greene King Pub Partners. Mike says, "I have four leased pubs, the Carnarvon being the only one with Greene King. The difference with Greene King is you're dealing with a brewer as well as a pub operator, so their cellar management training before you start in your pub is top notch. They're so passionate about their beers and how they are served in their pubs, you get so much support to help you do this, including the cellar service technicians and their expert advice. I've certainly learnt a thing or two about great beer from Greene King and all my pub customers have benefited from it, knowing they'll get a perfect pint every time."
Your pub may have dispense monitoring equipment installed; this will help you to manage your business and save money. iDraught has been developed to support licensed retailers achieve the very best returns from its draught products. It supports licensees in recognising the importance of quality in delivering great products for customers, driving increased spend and repeat business. iDraught ensures that draught products are served in the very best condition by ensuring products are delivered at the correct temperature, line cleaning is carried out to best practice standards and dispense equipment is performing effectively. Yield management is key to delivering the best margin for your draught products. By measuring the exact volume of product dispensed for every drink, you can ensure issues are quickly identified and addressed. From staff training to cellar management problems, these can be quickly resolved before yields suffer. Integrating your EPOS data with the iDraught application ensures that all drinks served across the bar actually make it into the till.
