Mill Lane, Whitburn, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, SR6 7EL

Pub overview

The pubs location and bold corner position is a huge advantage to the possibilities here.

The pub has a great local trade and is well supported by the diverse population of Whitburn as well as the summer tourist trade which peaks when the world renowned Sunderland International Air Show is on as well as other events throughout the year.

The pub is an imposing building and has major visibility alongside the main road. There is a lounge, bar and raised dining area. The public bar is excellent for a drink and catch up with friends or playing pub sports. The large lounge is great for a weekend drink in a warm comfortable environment and also has a popular raised area for diners although they also use the other areas of the pub too. There is a large external drinking area, which is very popular in the summer for drinkers and diners alike with plenty of car parking.
