Traditional and popular site which is perfect for operators who can develop a menu and get involved in the local community. This would be a great first time operator site, perfect to manage and develop with a single serve bar and catering kitchen enabling lower staffing costs.

A cosy local pub with a large reception lounge area for visitors who come for social drinks or to enjoy coffee after dinner. The Leeds Arms has a bright restaurant area which is ideal for someone who would like to develop the food menu. With a recently decorated decked area, there is a perfect outside space for the summer months. As a friendly local pub you can expect people of the community to come and enjoy quiz nights, entertainment and pub games on a regular basis.

The main door opens out into the central bar area, to the right is an area designated for the pool table and upright drinking. Around the bar there is ample seating and upright drinking, a soft seating area opposite also makes a nice addition.
