Pub overview

The Mary Rose is an established business, already enjoying healthy levels of trade. While it was last invested internally 3-4 years ago, the pub has stood up well. The external was fully decorated during the Summer of 2017.

With a strong local reputation, our new licensee already has a great starting point from which to grow the business. Catering experience would be advantageous, but the most important qualities are a warm, friendly approach, a passion for quality and the willingness to integrate into the local community.

An open plan 'lounge' provides nooks and crannies around a central bar counter. Dining is available throughout rather than a designated 'dining room' and the area in front of the open fire is particularly popular in winter time! A garden catches the sun at the front of the pub with both a lawn area and decking with dining furniture.

A fixed 5 year term agreement which is contracted out of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
