Following an extensive refurbishment in 2016, we require a new operator to take the business to new heights. The Museum is located in a popular residential area, on the western edge of Carlisle. The Pub has a good food offering which is in a family friendly dining area. This dining area is separated from the main bar area where sport on TV is a big attraction, with various well positioned screens. Pub games are also available, for individuals or teams to enjoy.
A big attraction for the locals, is the weekly quiz which is well supported. An area for growth at the Museum, would be a regular weekend entertainment program and the continuation and improvement of the food offering
Please note, we are offering stepped rent for a new operator. This would be in place for the first six months:
Months 1-3 - £20,000
Months 4-6 - £24,000
Month 6 onwards - £28,000
The Museum is open plan throughout with only the bar being separated by a glass door. There is a beer garden area to the rear along with a large car park.
