GREENE KING PUB PARTNERS TO PRESENT AT THE BII TIED TRADE FORUM

Compliance director for Greene King Pub Partners, Julie Jolly will present at the BII Tied Trade Forum being held today (Thursday 4th November) to highlight the importance of the Code Compliance Officer’s role at a pub company under the Pubs Code.

The presentation will feature the overarching importance of the role and how it interacts in the process of supporting business partners taking a pub business with a legislated pub company.

Speaking about the event, compliance director, Julie Jolly said, “As a legislated pub company we take our responsibilities under the Pubs Code very seriously and this event will give us the opportunity to showcase how the role impacts on everything we do in our business to ensure our business partners understand fully what it means when taking on a tied pub agreement”.

The British Institute of Innkeeping (BII) is an independent organisation for professionals in the licensed trade.  Greene King Pub Partners supported their business partners throughout Covid with a high level of financial assistance and guidance.  This also included the payment of the membership of the BII for two years.
