With a planned refurbishment, we are looking to extend the garden and modernise the interior so that it really differentiates itself from the competition, being the perfect place to spend a relaxing afternoon with coffee and cake, or a catch up with friends over a pint.

Offered under the Local Hero agreement, we are looking to work with a partner to embrace the location of Lichfield. This will be through the offering of local cask ale, available through 50% free of tie pumps agreement and a locally sourced menu, working with butchers and bakers to provide high quality food that can’t be found anywhere else.

The Pig & Truffle is a one bar operation with the bar counter central to the trading space. There is a patio area at the rear that leads onto the pub's private car park. The kitchen is an ample size for the pub and is 'theatre style' being open to the bar area.

Local Hero is an innovative Agreement that’s all about supporting local provenance in food and drink.

A Local Hero pub is a traditional, welcoming, proper pub at the heart of the local community. As a passionate cask ale enthusiast, you will support your local suppliers by serving locally-sourced food and offering the best cask ale in the area.

FEATURES

The unique Local Hero Agreement is designed to share risk and reward. There is a simple royalty charge, based on net turnover, payable to Greene King.

You will need to follow the Local Hero Operating Procedures and score highly in the Mystery Shopper, Beer Quality and Quarterly Audits to ensure you’re able to maximise the profit from your business.
