The Blue Bell in Warrington occupies a prominent corner plot in the main pedestrianised area of the town centre. The pub currently trades at a sales split of 60/40 in favour of drink and the new operators will be expected to create a vibrant offer that is food led during the week and can switch to a strong wet offer for the weekend evenings. Live entertainment at the weekend should be central to this. The pub benefits from being close to Warrington Wolves Stadium, Warrington Central train station and the Golden Square Shopping Centre. The pub attracts a full mix of daytime shoppers, town centre workers and those out to experience the local nightlife. Please note, the external seating area this is not part of the demise and used on a gentlemen’s agreement with the council.

As you enter the pub at the corner there is seating to either side and the bar at the rear of the pub which is a long wraparound bar. The pub trades on several levels and with some covers tucked away around a corner. The commercial kitchen is to the rear. The toilets are off to the right.
