The Boythorpe Inn represents a great opportunity to translate your pub management experience into running your own pub business, with our Pub Ready scheme. You must have pub management experience and be prepared to be an integral part of the local community and able to drive and promote a regular calendar of events, whilst also re introducing the traditional pub food offer. You must be able to manage a strong team, promote the pub actively on social media and connect with the community regularly. The pub currently hosts three Pool teams and there is a desire to form a Darts team, so this will be encouraged alongside promotion all sport on TV, quiz nights and other events. This is a great opportunity to run your own business, whilst Greene King wil offer all the support, training and guidance needed to translate your experience into running your own business.

Entry cost of £5,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs.
