Deers Leap
361 Wootton Road, Gaywood, Kings Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 3AZ
REFURBISHMENT PLANNED IN 2021
The Deers Leap is a unique opportunity to work alongside Greene King to revive this once popular Pub. The Deer's Leap will be a community pub offering family friendly dining and a fantastic drinking offer. The locals bar will be transformed into a light, bright space with a brand-new bar servery and back fitting, and will provide traditional pub games such as darts, pool and shuffle board. As a drinking space there will be high level seating with lots of drink shelves and of course, it wouldn't be complete without lots of TVs to show those sporting fixtures. The front elevation of the pub will be enhanced with a new porch, signage and lighting. On entering the main pub, you will be drawn through to a welcoming lounge area with comfy seating and cosy fireplace. To the side will be a large, raised dining area with decorative screens breaking up the space and offering privacy from fellow diners, a combination of fixed seating and loose furniture ensures the area will be suitable for families and groups of all sizes. The area will be stylishly decorated with new carpets, bright colours and feature walls. New bi-fold doors will open the whole space up, leading out into a stunning new garden which will feature a new patio with raised planters and fixed seating benches under a covered pergola lit with festoon lighting. Furthermore, there will be five new colourful beach hut style dining pods seating combinations of 6 - 10 persons each with heat and light, ensuring the garden areas can be used throughout the year". There is a massive opportunity here, to revive the business and engage with the local community. This pub used to be extremely popular in the local area and we believe this refurbishment will take the Deers Leap to new heights.
