Gate Inn

21 Main Street, Kimberley, Nottinghamshire, NG16 2NG

An established wet led business, right in the town centre

The Gate Inn is a well-used Pub, with great potential to expand the existing customer base. The site benefits from mostly wet trade and regularly has Sky Sports showing on the TV. As you enter the Pub, you enter a well sized bar area, with seating benches in front of the lovely bay windows. The trade Kitchen is very basic, however a small ‘hand held’ food offer could compliment the wet trade nicely. Externally, the front of the pub is a real sun trap and is popular with drinkers who can watch the world go by. We are planning on investing in the future of this Pub and are keen to work with the right operator to make this a success.

I am looking for an excellent operator, who can take this well used wet led business to the next level. The Gate Inn is prominently positioned on Main Street in Kimberley and offers regular live sport. The site is popular with drinkers throughout the week and especially at weekends when it benefits from ‘circuit drinkers’. There are solid foundations in place here for you to build on, so if you are customer focused and looking to run a lively, wet led venue, we are keen to hear from you
