Entering the site from the central front door, there is a bar servery directly in front of you and seating to either side in the bay windows. Towards the right is a door leading to the toilets and access to the lounge area, this also has its own access to the side of the pub. Externally to the front is a large terraced area which is very well used during sunny days, to the rear is a lawned garden with Skittle Alley. Skittles is still a very popular team sport within Nottingham and the Shire.
