TRADITIONAL SCOTTISH PUB
The Islay Inn, Glasgow is a well known west end bar, located in the popular Finnieston area. The bar specialises in live music, offers a large whisky selection and hearty Scottish food. This site requires an experienced operator who can maintain the Scottish music theme associated with this bar, operate a busy kitchen and grow sales via tourism, visitors to the live music venues and the many locals living in and around this area. The new operator will re- open the kitchen (as it is not currently trading), train their team (Whisky knowledge imperative) and grow sales in this landmark site.

The Islay Inn would suit an experienced operator familiar with this area of Glasgow. I am looking for someone to maintain the ethos of this great traditional pub (Scottish theme music & food) and build on the current sales by ensuring the kitchen is open 7 days, and tapping into the tourist and concert market on their door step.
