A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO OFFER A PREMIUM FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE
The Mulberry offers an excellent opportunity to build upon an already established business which has a great reputation locally for quality food and drink. The site currently trades at approximately 60/40 sale split in favour of drink. The pub fits nicely into the local casual dining scene and attracts families, couples and locals looking for a great meal out or drinks with friends. The site is famous locally for wood fired pizza and fresh food. The Mulberry offers excellent room for growth and a new dedicated operator with excellent standards of service will be able to build upon the current food offer and expand it further whilst driving weekend footfall. The pub was rebuilt 2016 and benefitted from a £700,000 investment and is still in superb condition throughout.
