MANAGED OPERATOR AGREEMENT! PUB MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

The Peacock Inn represents a great opportunity to translate your pub management experience into running your own pub business, with our Managed Operator Agreement. You must have pub management experience and be prepared to be an integral part of the local community and able to drive and promote a regular calendar of events, whilst also driving the traditional pub food offer. You must be able to manage a strong team, promote the pub actively on social media and connect with the community regularly. The pub is situated on the busy Wragby Road, close to the Hospital and in a buslting residential area. Promotion of all sport on TV, quiz nights and events will be key to your success. This is a great opportunity to run your own business, whilst Greene King wil offer all the support, training and guidance needed to translate your experience into running your own business.
