There are two main trade areas comprising of a homely lounge bar with 28 covers and a dining room with another 30 covers. There is a trade kitchen with separate store room, prep room and wash-up area. Externally there is a large garden which includes children's play equipment, car parking for 15 cars and a covered patio area and outbuildings used for storage. We would be willing to look at small scale development with the new operators to maximise the space, without altering the character.
