PUB MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

The Inverleith represents a great opportunity to progress from pub management to running your own pub business, with our Managed Operator Agreement. The Inverleith is a 100% wet led, sports focused venue, and you will be expected to promote sports on TV, maintain a regular and varied calendar of entertainment, work with the community and promote local charities to become a true community champion. You will actively advertise the pub on social media, manage a strong team and build a strong reputation, as a great venue for all ages to meet and mingle. This is a great opportunity to run your own business, whilst Belhaven will offer all the support, training and guidance needed to translate your experience into running your own business.

Entry cost of £5,000 is payable on change day. This includes legal fees and start up training costs. There is a main trading bar with a small preparation kitchen to the right-hand side of the bar and ladies and gentlemen’s toilets on the ground floor. The cellar is in the basement. Externally there is space for around six tables and on the pavement outside the pub.
