White Horse

High Street, Arlesey, Bedfordshire, SG15 6TA

REFURBISHMENT PLANNED

The White Horse is a beautiful popular village pub. The lounge bar is in good condition with a stunning inglenook fireplace as a centre piece. Currently the site is 90% wet led, so expanding the food offer and further engaging with the growing local community will be key to your success. The pub has a large garden which can be utilised to host events and attract footfall. There is great potential here to become a real destination venue. We will be completing an internal refurbishment in 2022 to improve the trade areas and create a relaxed setting for drinking and dining. See our mood board for a feel of what we have in mind. A full schedule of works is available upon request.

Location

The White Horse is situated right in the heart of the village of Arlesey, which boasts its own railway station on a direct line into London. Arlesey sits on the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire border with easy access to the A1 and the towns of Letchworth, Hitchin and Baldock.

I would consider any strong applicant for this site and it is suitable for the right first time operator. The big opportunity here is to engage more with the local community and expand the small food offer. If this pub might be of interest to you, then please contact the recruitment team for further information.
