The White Horse is a beautiful popular village pub. The lounge bar is in good condition with a stunning inglenook fireplace as a centre piece. Currently the site is 90% wet led, so expanding the food offer and further engaging with the growing local community will be key to your success. The pub has a large garden which can be utilised to host events and attract footfall. There is great potential here to become a real destination venue. The White Horse is situated right in the heart of the village of Arlesey, which boasts its own railway station on a direct line into London. Arlesey sits on the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire border with easy access to the A1 and the towns of Letchworth, Hitchin and Baldock.
