The Queens Head is a wet led town centre Pub in an excellent location. The site has to be controlled as it has a late licence and has attracted a great reputation for late night drinks. The site is clean and tidy with an excellent beer terrace to the rear. Significant investment in 2017/2018 saw the pub brought up to a great standard throughout. Both entertainment and sport are important to the future success of the business.

A fixed 5 year term agreement which is contracted out of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954

Ormskirk is a market town in West Lancashire, located approximately thirteen miles north of Liverpool.

The Queens Head is in Ormskirk town centre. The town has a very large university and a vibrant night life. The Thursday and Saturday market is also directly outside and is a very good trade driver.
