The Queens Head is a great pub situated on the market square in the heart of Sandy town centre. Currently, this oak beamed, traditional business benefits from a great reputation for its real ales, roaring log fire and its community events and, unusually for a town centre site, it has a large garden as well as car parking. This is a real traditional pub full of great character.
The pub is currently wet led however has the opportunity to develop a simple classic food offer. Internally the pub has around 30 food covers and during the warmer months there is capacity for a further 60 plus covers due to the large beer garden. We are looking for an operator who can really make this pub the hub of the community and develop the site even further. Bringing in a food offer and pub events will be a good success.

The Queens Head is located opposite the market square in the popular town of Sandy in Bedfordshire. Sandy is a thriving and expanding town of approx 12,000 residents adjacent to the A1, 50 miles North of London, with Cambridge to the East and Bedford to the West.
