Pub overview

Having recently benefited from a full external redecoration and new signage scheme, the Rose and Crown sits very well on the main Hagley Road in Halesowen.

The Rose and Crown currently enjoys a very healthy level of trade with more to offer. Trading with a good food offering in the daytime, this is a business for a community focused operator to engage with the sports teams and local entertainers. A good sized patio area to the rear offers plenty of scope for outside events, and although a lot of customers are locals on foot, we also benefit from a large car park. The pub is situated on the main road leading from the dual carriageway to the town centre. The town is roughly 8 miles from Birmingham city centre and 6 miles from Dudley town centre. The pub is surrounded by residential estates and is also around a 10 minute walk into the centre. This site is fully tied with access to discounted prices on wine, spirits and minerals and also a discount of £144 on our beer.

The Rose & Crown splits into two distinct trading areas. To the rear is a dining area of 38 covers, semi closed off from the main front bar with a range of dining and lounge seating. Open fires create a cosy atmosphere and numerous screens provide a first class viewing experience for both Sky and BT sports.

Location

The Hagley Road is a busy thoroughfare between Stourbridge and Halesowen. Following recent redecoration, the Rose & Crown sits well kerbside and summertime planting really shows the property off. The surrounding area is largely residential with a small parade of shops nearby that helps to attract residents to the immediate vicinity.
