Our Turnover Agreement reflects how your business performs. You pay a fixed rent plus a percentage of your weekly net turnover sales.

The Ship is an attractive Olde Worlde pub, approximately 260 years old, in a beautiful village setting. Only 5 minutes from Stockton and 15 minutes from Darlington.

The pub was originally built from the timbers of ships that floundered off the River Tees, hence the name.
