Six Bells

Pub overview

Big pub with potential in Farnham, Surrey. Exciting opportunity to drive the business forward and to develop the cask ale following in addition to the established food offer.

The Six Bells will have the potential to further enhance the food offer, whether that be targeting the premium "foodies" or families. Located in the centre of Farnham the target market is on the doorstep. A forward thinking operator with a strong business plan could turn the potential of this pub into reality. Furthermore, there is ample scope to drive the wet sales.

This pub has been established for years and still has a solid local following. Over 30 car parking spaces and a fully contained garden ideal for children which has recently been enhanced by an extensive patio. The bar area is well maintained and both male and female toilets were modernised 18 months ago to a very high standard. There is a private function room to the rear of the site which attracts a lot of interest for small private parties and functions. There is also a skittle alley in use, should it be needed.

“ A great site located just outside the town centre of Farnham with excellent car parking facilities. This public house has great potential for capital investment to build upon the established food and drinks trade. Suited to motivated operators, newcomers, experienced licensees or multiples. Farnham is a blend of commuter town and old family money where discerning customers seek good service, quality of product and value for money. ”
