The pub is located on a main route into and out of Farnham., The town of Farnham is situated some 42 miles(67km) southwest of London in the extreme West of Surrey, adjacent to the border with Hampshire. By road Guildford is 11 miles ( 17km) to the East and Winchester 28 miles (45km) to the Southwest. Farnham is the largest town in Waverley with a total population of 38,000 people
