The Swan is a friendly site in a developing area which is just waiting for the right tenants to happen.

The first phase of investment planned will relocate the bar and create a much better trading area. Full decoration of internals and externals will allow for a broader clientele base and help develop a food offer and a more premium offer. This said, we are not looking to alienate any of the existing good customer base or lose the community connection. Following the successful delivery of this investment we plan to develop the rear area of the site. Currently a few cars can be parked at the rear, this could go or stay with the second stage refurbishment. There is a reasonably priced pay and display car park immediately opposite the pub.
