This pub is situated on the old Braintree Road on the outskirts of Witham town, Essex. The Victoria has the benefit of being located near to a large residential housing estate whilst also being close to the countryside. The nearby Powers Hall Academy is rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

Witham town centre is a 15 minute walk away whilst transport links are very good with Witham Station providing regular trains to London Liverpool Street along with Witham being situated on the A12 trunk road between Chelmsford and Colchester.
