Pub overview

A fantastic opportunity for a local operator to develop this business into the first choice for customers, looking to watch live sports. There is an additional opportunity to develop and grow food sales.

The White Hart is a large one bar operation with a mezzanine area set aside for dining and private functions. There is a secluded patio area to the side of the pub that is well utilised during the summer months. There are a number of large screen TV's located around the pub that show all sporting events throughout the year. The food offer is currently outsourced with a mixture of Thai food and traditional pub food available during the day and early evening. There could be an opportunity to invest in this site with the right operator.

“ The White Hart offers the potential to be developed into a great local pub business for showing live sport. The pub has a mezzanine floor offering a separate area for people to eat, drink and socialise away from the main bar area. There is an outside patio area that has the potential to be developed further into a quality outside drinking area. ”
