Our knowledgeable team will be on hand to answer all your questions. We’ll also take you through our recruitment process, discuss potential pubs coming onto the market and talk you through what we need from you to make your dream of running a pub become a reality.

Morning Session: 10:00am – 12:30pm
Afternoon Session: 2:00pm – 4:30pm
What to Expect - Welcome & Registration
Morning session: Coffee and registration from 10:00am

Greene King Presentation
Starting at 10:30am / 2:30pm, we’ll host a 30‑minute presentation introducing Greene King, our franchise agreement and the support you will receive as a Greene King pub operator, and what it means to run a pub with us.
Franchisee Open Forum
From 11:00am / 3:00pm, you’ll hear directly from one of our experienced pub operators. This is an open, honest discussion where they’ll share their journey, talk about day‑to‑day life running a pub, and answer your questions. The session is deliberately informal — our team will step out to allow for open conversation.
Behind‑the‑Scenes Pub Tour Take a guided tour of the pub, including key back‑of‑house areas such as the kitchen and cellar, to see how a Greene King pub operates behind the scenes.
One‑to‑One Chats & Food Sampling
Finish the session with an informal sit‑down with our Greene King Business Development Managers. This is your chance to talk about your experience, aspirations, and the type of pub you’re looking for — while sampling some of the food available in our pubs.
