As a pub-owning business we’re regulated by legislation in England and Wales. In short, it covers the relationship between us and our partners, and sets out rights, practices and procedures. In Scotland we follow a voluntary Code of Practice, but a Scottish Pubs Code is due to come into place in 2025.
